We would like to thank all of you who have joined us in the workshop «Semiconductors: From R&D to production», in colaboration with Institut Català de Nanociència i Nanotecnologia (ICN2) and Institute of Microelectronics of Barcelona (IMB-CNM-CSIC), focused to initiatives to foment the microelectronics and seminconductors industry in Spain and Portugal. We have presented the latest advantages on the tools and techniques used in different parts of the semiconductors building process.
